Treading water in the pool tops my list of favorite exercises. After my pool pilates sessions, I include a “BONUS” exercise. This set of movements, combined with treading water, engages every muscle, enhances endurance, strengthens muscles, and boosts cardiovascular health.

Next time you are in the pool set a timer for 5 minutes. Switch each move every 15 seconds. Add minutes as you see fit. Go ahead and give this one a try! I would love to know what you think 😎
